Located in Henan province, with existing 12 lines
and registered capital of RMB 5 million, covering an
area of 20 000 square meters, is specialized in the
production of children's wear, ladies' wear for both
woven and knit wear.
Standard:
built
up in compliance with factory audit standard and
awarded with the certificate of Costco with Social
Compliance and Quality Control. We are now applying
for factory audit of BSCI, SEDEX in 2018.
Staffing:
total 400 employees, about 300 sewing workers, among
which 250 working in 10 woven production lines and
50 in two knitted lines. Balance are for cutting,
finishing, and administration.
Equipment:
modernized intelligent devices, such as spreading
machine and cutting machine produced by Top cut-bullmer,
template machine and Brother sewing machine
20 template machines were introduced by the end of
2017 to take up the important work processes in
garment manufacturing, such as quilting, collar,
sleeve cuffs, pockets, yoke, etc. Quality control is
greatly enhanced as each garment produced will
abtain the same high quality standard. Production
efficiency is also significantly increased. On the
basis of 20 template machines, the factory will
gradually develop towards full automatic production.
